I did not have a great experience with doctor Kenneth Francis at all. I would give him no stars. First of all he made one of my breast bigger than the other with the first surgery and he had to do it over which I was charged $1500 for, even though it was his mistake. Now 4 years after the second surgery the left brest is hardening and capsuleing and it is very painful and hurts me night and day. When something is brought under warranty it is the manufactures responsibility to pay for part and labor so why am I paying for lab... read more
