I read really good reviews about this practitioner online so I decided to call and try to get my one and a half year-old in for her first dental appointment. I felt the receptionist, Sue, was exceptionally rude. The office website says they accept child health plus, which Sue told me they do not. Very rude and disrespectful don’t waste your time with them especially the secretary she needs to learn how to treat people with kindness and respect.

Website says they accept medicaid but when the receptionist heard that she changed her tone real quick and said "no we aren't taking new patients with that type of insurance" and hung up I think she said her name was KAREN!
