Writing this for Norman Liss, a 93year old patient of Dr.Prager…who does not do email. “Dr. Prager has been a caring, reassuring and reliable doctor to me for over 50 years. The good life and health I enjoy now is due to all these years of Dr.Prager’s care. He is just the best doctor.
