We have used both KPLA for design and Greenbank Services for the installation on two homes and could not be more pleased. I’ve never worked with more competent and hardworking folks. From the design to the clean up after the work was done was absolutely first rate. Without question the best of the best.
For a high-end design landscape company you do not get any value. Definitely did not feel any responsiveness or that they really cared about my project even though it was hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'm sure they have the ability to design well but they do not care about their individual projects and customers.
