I have been going to Dr. Rasenberger’s office for many years without incident until today. I had what I would describe as an excruciating deep tissue treatment from Jan. I don’t believe a deep treatment was warranted since I have my teeth cleaned regularly three times a year. When I got home today my teeth were covered with blood. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. THEY WILL PROFESSIONALLY SCAM YOU AND MAKE IT SOUND LEGIT. I was a patient of Dr Rasenberger. I told him EXACTLY what i wanted. He did EVERYTHING i did NOT ask for. He insisted that in order for him to fix my front crooked tooth, i "needed" to do a deep cleaning. First time i got it done, it was for the right side only, 6 weeks later, i got done the left side. 6 weeks later we did something else (can't remember what it was but it wasnt what i needed). I came in after extensive neglect was done to my teeth. I am very satisfied with Dr. Rasenberger and his very friendly and professional staff, including Tracy at the front office. It is difficult getting appointments, but there's a reason.
