Dr. Halsted is so kind and always makes sure I understand everything. Also in and out in a reasonable time.

Dr. Clary addressed the issue I was having quickly. Made recommendations on my medication. Sent my paper work to a specialist. I called the specialist and got an appointment right away. Dr. Clary's nurse called me the next day to tell me the specialist had all the information. I could not be happier with the care I got. I noticed that some people thought they were rushed. They should remember emergencies come up and the mess with the doctors schedules. If you go into the office go in with your drug list and questions. Or bet... read more

Dr. Rubio is 2 1/2 hours away from where I live but well worth the drive! Very thorough with examine and attentive to my issues. I have had 3 different Rheumatologist in the past 20 years that all retired. Dr. Rubio is the best!

I called to make an appointment as a First Time Patient as we just moved to the area, and was told to find a Dr. in Mountain Home. I was shocked to discover on calling, that even though I was in Network with my active Insurance, I was told I would have to fill out an application to see if I could be "Accepted" as a new patient. This office needs to remember who is the provider, and who is the paying client. I should be the one determining if the Dr. is a good fit for MY health, not feel like I am headed to a job interview to... read more

I've never had a physician who absolutely refused to listen to a patient. And even when presented with well documented statistics would not change her mind. I consider that to be sheer arrogance. I've heard the same comment from other patients. My previous physician told me that nobody knows your body better than you do. The doctor - patient relationship should be a collaboration, but not with this doctor. She knows it all and you know nothing. The practice is fine with great support staff and Nurse Practitioners. Just not t... read more

First time seeing this doctor was today.Asked me questions, then would interrupt me when i tried to answer them.Never even looked at my paper work. Was told that i have fibro ,which i was already told that by my family doctor over ten years ago. When i realized that he was not going to listen to my concerns and symptoms at all.I become very emotional. The way i was just written off like i didnt matter at all. That is what upset me.I know that i am overweight.I did not need him to point that out to me.I know i need to exercise.I a... read more

Dismissal of patient due to age and perceived gender. Refused to do testing, and made a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia with less than 2 minutes of actual examination. Refused to show compassion toward daily chronic pain with genetic link. Made no treatment plan and told patient to learn to cope with crippling and debilitating pain. Also told patient to seek a second opinion, rather than ever come back and see him, when further evidence toward a different diagnosis is discovered. So if you are under 30, and female-presenting, be p... read more
