Appointment was easy to make and there was very little waiting once at the office.
I have been a patient of Dr Means for many years snd am so grateful i found him. He is a consummate professional. He listens and answers all questions You do not feel rushed. I like that he is not quick to rush into surgery if its not needed.
My first appointment with a hand specialist went very well. I've been suffering with an acute case of carpal tunnel syndrome, and was given a shot that could help. Hoping to schedule a procedure in the very near future.
Initial call was answered and my appointment scheduled very professionally. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm the location and location of the building the person answering the phone was rude and treated me like I was an idiot. She just gave me the address. I already had that. I wanted to make sure there was not more than one building at that location. Then at arrival to the building you have to check in with security.
