I sent them multiple emails specifically saying I needed 2 lights installed. They only installed one (at $420) and agreed it was their fault when they checked my emails that I needed two. However, they said that I should have noticed there was no numerical value for how many lights on the quote. I would NEVER have paid $840 to have two light installed!!! They did absolutely nothing to help me out after.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Ken Marshall electric company , East Windsor n.j. From the beginning of the process Jamie and Alyssa were very pleasant and easy to schedule an appointment along with initial payment. Dillon did a very thorough and excellent job. Dillon answered my many questions thoroughly and responded very nicely. I had my electrical panel replaced and updated with a surge protector. The entire process was superb. What a fantastic electrician! I can see why Ken has such an excellent reputation. I called during non-working hours about an issue with my electrical box and a wire. Ken called me back right away to determine if it was an emergency, and even though it wasn’t an emergency he came the next day to fix the issue. The price was fair, the issue was fixed quickly, and Ken is such a kind and polite person. We will be using Ken for all our electrical needs going forward!
