I went to see Dr. Markle yesterday (2/2/21) , for an issue with my gum. He evaluated me fully and found everything looked good, except it appeared to be a piece of bone spur protruding out of my gum. He used his dental pick to prick it off and so far it seems to have helped. I'm gargling with salt water and brushing with a very soft bristle toothbrush for now.
