First, I want to acknowledge that I was 13 minutes late to my appointment. However, I was declined service despite having driven 35 minutes with a newborn baby. The office staff showed no empathy for my circumstances. Just 48 hours prior, I experienced a very serious health scare that required hospitalization, and I was advised to follow up with my primary care physician for a CT scan.
