They had me pay some fees before submitting to insurance abd in the process overcharged me which I now have to pay back. I called to get an itemized receipt which I received in 2 days and showed I was owed a refund. I called back was told the person who handled billing would call me back never received a call. I called them back spoke with billing she claimed mailed a check never received it but got the itemized receipt in 2 days
Dr.Livesay and his staff are the best!! I had to get a tooth pulled and I must say the care, thoroughness, preparation and follow up has been excellent!! His staff made sure to answer any of my questions leading up to and after my appointment. Very friendly stafff and great environment. As someone that was nervous about the procedure, I was quick to relax after talking with Dr.Livesay. I had to get an infected tooth pulled. What's worse, it was already cracked and was likely going to come out in pieces. I had a bad experience once somewhere else that entailed 3 hours of them digging for the pieces after the tooth shattered. So I was worried. But I got there 20 mins before my appointment, and was out of there driving home 45 mins later. This was when they were relatively busy too! Dr is great and so is his staff. Very helpful, answered all questions. Actually a great experience.
