Don't waste your time. I waited 3 months for this appointment, only for them to refuse to update my insurance card info manually in their system upon my arrival stating my insurance is showing up as "inactive" for unknown reasons. I suspect they were looking at the 2025 card, even though I tried to give them my updated 2026 card. I called both my employer HR and my insurance company to verify while I was still in the office: my insurance is valid and active, and is in-network. This office is terrible at patient services. They do not even answer their telephone, after someone makes multiple attempts. Go somewhere else for your medical needs.
I went to the doctor e n t to have my hearing checked i had Dr Johnson check my ears the left ear was ok then he checked my right ear had wax build up in the canel I needed a hearing aid I went to Costco for the hearing air they said the doctor should have cleared the wax out of my right ear the doctor was sucks
