I was in considerable pain because of my wisdom tooth and called Dr. Lee's office where Maddy was able to schedule me right away. Stephanie seated me and took my x rays. She presented a treatment plan based off of Dr. Lee's diagnosis before any of the work was done. Dr. Lee was patient and caring as he took his time explaining what he would do.
My appointment was canceled after I arrived because I didn't have $4.00 on me for a share of cost for x-rays that are 100% covered, and I didn't owe in the first place. They knew I was in a lot of pain, but they chose $4 00 over the well-being of a patient. Who treats a patient like this!!!
Amazing staff; Dr Lee's professionalism and attention to detail gives great comfort.
