Oder is a awesome Dr.
Long hold time and terrible customer service. This is a Norton facility and they should provide better service. I’ve been on hold for 3+ hours today and am still waiting. My mom has pancreatic cancer and the oncologist has been waiting over 7 days for an insurance referral to schedule her an appointment and we are still waiting! I just saw Dr Oder after hours in the parking lot and he said he signed the referral and it’s up to the staff to do their job! Dr. Oder has been the best Doctor I’ve EVER seen. He has taken care of my family and me for many years and has never failed to show compassion, concern, and empathy. He is knowledgeable and has provided exemplary care each and every visit. His staff feel like family and keep his office running efficiently.
