I've had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with DR Kenneth Gayles all appointments were going well until I asked him may i have a OFFICSUMMARY of my visut and my condition he diagnosed me with condroitis he agreed at FIRST TO GIVE ME A SUMMARY then months later he disagreed and discharged me stating he never had a patient question him well I take my medical condition very seriously so why would he hide and not give me my summary of wat he diagnosed me with he said he would then for some reason he disagreed and would not give me a discha... read more
