By far the worse we've ever encountered! When my daughter was in for a very frightening gall bladder surgery, he walked into the OR where the nurses were speaking to her and told them "Shut her up!" He then forced the tube down her throat BEFORE the anesthesia took effect! She was gagging and crying, but he did not stop or care.
