Very friendly staff. Clean. In and out very quickly.
I’ve been using Vance for years, but had to switch to Kilgore due to my vision insurance changing. I would frankly be embarrassed to own or work for Kilgore. The entire clinic smelled like sweaty booty. My husband and I had our vision appointments together and I did not see them clean a single piece of equipment between us. Some of the equipment we used was sticky. The lenses were smudged. There were used cotton balls left around the equipment and toenails on the floor. Very busy but great patient service from front desk through Dr interaction. Recommend if you need eye care.
