MANY times over the last 2 years I tried to get him and staff to address my concerns over my mother's health and obvious cognitive decline. Phone calls were never returned and Dr's attitude was very much "she's old so whatever" like no effort given. If you are a senior go elsewhere.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ung's for many years and could not ask for a more knowledgeable and compassionate PCP. I dont often write reviews or else this would have been written some time ago!
Dr Ung is the best
Incompetent!!! If you have an actual medical condition, find a real doctor. I've been seeing Dr. Ung for many years. When I asked him if I should be taking additional meds for my Atrial Fibrillation and he had no idea what I was talking about, I was shocked. He said sorry I forgot. When I explained to him that this was unacceptable he said I should get a new Doctor and refused to refill my medication or order blood work. This man is a disgrace to the medical industry. I missed 2 hours of work and didn't even get my meds refi... read more
