I went to this doctor's office because my child had a so called sprained ankle from what the doctor in Broward health hospital had told me. Dr. Jeffers is amazing! He reduced my 3 year old's elbow and she has healed up perfectly. Dr. Jeffers and his staff were so caring during this stressful time.
I want everyone to know what just happened to me with this disrespectful office staff of this doctors my son has been waiting 14 days to be seen by Doctor Kenneth. Writing this review as I sit in the waiting room while my child is getting surgery for a torn meniscus. How did we get here you may ask? Well, no thanks to Dr Jeffers. She had an appointment with him following a visit to the emergency room. He never examined her. Never ordered a MRI. Smugly looked at her and said “you dislocated your knee cap it’s not a big deal”. My daughter had an appointment today to see Dr.Jeffers and I’m very pleased with his professionalism and kindness. He was very nice to us and made us feel comfortable. Answered all my questions thoroughly and made all my worries go away. He was awesome! Thank you again!
