I worked with Alex Molleo to purchase a condo in Scottsdale. He is super fast with communication, has good connections and is honest in his assessments. He's also fun to work with, which always helps in a transaction! I highly recommend him.
Overall poor experience. Tried to use one of their agents and he's failed multiple times to do it properly and clearly there's no desire to actually do the job properly. I have had to reach out on several issues with the agent Matthew and now I've been given a bigger issue caused by his negligence and now have to deal with the losses. Anthony was fantastic. He helped us to find a home that was a good fit for our family, and he led us through a very smooth buying process. 1.5 years earlier, he had helped us to find a long-term rental in a part of Scottsdale that aligned well with our needs -- related to schools, walkability, and proximity to certain parts of town for work and extended family. He is knowledgeable and gets the job done well, but he is also practical, friendly, and flexible / responsive. It was a great buying experience.
