I had a wonderful experience (if you could say so after wisdom teeth removal). Dr. Woodward and his team took great care of me and helped me when I called to be seen after surgery for a follow up. Doctor took the time to explain everything in details to me. Even front desk staff has been very nice. Thank you!
Last July, I was referred to Dr Woodward for the removal of my right front tooth which involved a bone graph and and implant for a future crown. Dr Woodward has performed those two procedures over the past year and did an excellent job with both the removal/gragh and the implant. He was very professional and each procedure was virtually painless. If I felt the least bit of discomfort he'd stop to administer additional medication. Rude office staff. My mother in law who is a war refugee from Ukraine needed an infected tooth extracted. She has insurance and we received a referral and x-rays from our dentist. I called the office and was told I would have to fill out the same forms that we have filled out before they would even schedule an emergency appointment. This is a set of 4 documents that we had previously filled out with no changes. I asked the staff to have Dr Woodward call me. He did not. I sent a written complaint to Dr Woodward. My entire experience, from scheduling to implant, was stellar. Dr. Woodward is truly fantastic. He took the time to talk through the procedure and answer my questions, and never once did I feel rushed or dismissed. His techs and front desk staff were equally as wonderful. Let's be honest, no one ever wants to visit an oral surgeon, but if you find yourself needing one, I'd recommend Dr. Woodward without hesitation. The best dental experience I've had, and I've seen a lot of dentists and dental specialists.
Dr. Woodward and his team are the best! I hadextreme anxiety of my procedure that I needed done (3 wisdom teeth extraction and one immediate implant placed after removal of broken tips). All the staff really comforted me and I didn’t feel a thing the entire procedure. I recommend him and his team to anyone, very professional, kind, patient and he actually listens. 100000/100000 is my rating!
