Very professional and approachable personnel; Dr. Rich was knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring.
Dr Rich was personable but unprepared to see me as the MRIs and XRAYs ordered were not in his possession. Although they ordered them, they had no way of getting the pictures of my spine unless I brought them with me. The only problem with that is that no one in the practice bothered to inform me to bring them with me. So, essentially I drove 2.6 hours to an appointment that I consider a waste of my time. I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Rich yesterday. He was very kind, considerate and attentive to my issues. I left there with full confidence that my surgery will go well. I would recommend Dr. Rich to anyone.
