Dr. Guth mishandled the pre-authorization for a CT scan I needed, then missed the deadline to appeal the denial. When I followed up by email, I got no response. A second follow-up finally got a reply a week later. I was told the doctor felt I'd be better served by a "different venue". Usually that means "here are some referrals" but that isn't even what they were saying. They just meant, "go somewhere else." I have been a patient of Dr. Guth's for well over 30 years. Always a kind, considerate man with much empathy for his patients. Spends plenty of time with me and answers all my questions. Will stick with him until he retires.
Dr Guth is extremely responsive and caring. The staff are always helpful. I just started with Dr. Guth and so far I’m happy I did.
