This practice has lost all respect. A careless botched procedure resulting in another surgery with another competent surgeon. The office manager is illiterate and made it a point that this practice is more dollar focused than the quality of surgical care and after care. This office along with surgeons including Parikh who could not perform a simple surgical task took my case after Boyd and expected another surgery from me...Refused to have an incompetent surgeon to butcher away when he can’t put a simple band in ligation. Terrible!! I was contacted 3 days before my office consult to find out that although Dr. Boyd's office had sent a follow-up notification to me that I needed a referral which I could not obtain in time for my office visit. I had spend about 1 hour in completing pre-office documents on-line & never did they mention I needed a referral from a Dr. that had done my surgery 3 years prior and had sent me a request for a follow-up.
