Your staff made the same mistake twice. I came in for a check-up by you a couple of months ago. When I was checking out, I found out you don't take Medical. I told them I couldnt afford to pay. Then I got a follow-up call for a cleaning, which we scheduled. A SECOND TIME, I told them on check-out that I don't have the money to pay except through Medical. Dr Kenneth Bauer is very knowledgeable, detailed, and considerate; he clearly laid out the options, making it easy for me to decide what to do for what will be a rather long series of dental procedures. I am a senior who has had dental work done for over 65 years; in my opinion Dr. Kenneth Bauer is the best dentist I've encountered in all those years. 5 stars, yes!
