Absolutely awful! Do NOT use. Completely disrespectful company. They do not stand by anything. The homes are built fast and cheap.
We had an issue with birds building a nest in our exhaust fan bathroom vents. Needed a new external cover with a bird screen and this needed done by a siding expert. Ken and his guy responded quickly and got the work done. We’ve been in our Kenneth Home for 12 years now.

Based upon their work on the Northside Village development in Carlisle, would not recommend. More than 18 months since occupancy began, piles of building materials are left in residential areas (stone pavers, paving sand). Areas between sidewalks and roads are still not completed with utility pipes sticking out of stone underlayment. Townhomes are built with low, contractor grade appliances, windows, garage doors, etc. The carpet padding is so thin that you can hear every footstep and creak of the floor above it.
