Dr. Weitemier almost killed my child according to the ER doctor. Saw Dr. Weitemier at urgent care. He said it was a cold, and never listed to the lungs. Went to the ER that night. ER doc said his lungs were terrible. Very bad pneumonia with a pleural effusion. Only a couple hours from a coma. He was floored Dr. Weitemier hadn’t listen to his lungs. A serious case of pneumonia was very evident. Basic medicine. Dr. Weitemier missed it.
Dr. Weitemier mis diagnosed my malfunctioning stone-filled rotten gall bladder as an intestinal blockage and prescribed walking and drinking coffee and Advil for the pain. According to the emergency room doctor I was almost dead. Dr. Weitemier should retire if he hasn't already.
In all my 72 years of living I have never come across a more congenial nor understanding man. This Doctor listens. He treats me with respect. He uses his exceedingly educated mind to apply old methods with all the new. I sincerely hope he will never retire, so as to continually disperse his contentious and friendly knowledge to the community.
