Came for: Women Health Pros: No issues with parking, Dr and Nurse have beautiful personalities and bedside manner. Cons: There was inconsistencies with my information, even after correcting staff. No follow up from Dr given via future appt, or email. Medical plan was generic and not tailored for my specific circumstance. One size fits all approach. Did not return.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Chen to have been along with me on my second pregnancy journey after having a traumatic birth/post partum experience with my first child at a different practice. Since I was high risk this time around, it was so important to me to find an OBGYN who made my health a priority and did not make me feel like I was just a number. I cannot recommend Dr. Chen more. Now days it is incredibly hard, if not impossible, to find a practice where there are not phone trees to do simple things like schedule an appointment or ask a question. As a first time mom, that was very important to me. I no longer feel like a number. Whether it is for pregnancy or general care, Dr. Chen and his team are the best.
Honestly one of the absolute best in the SJ area. A doctor to be trusted with your delivery of joy as well as your own personal female health. He genuinely takes pride in his work and it shows! Thanks Dr. Chen for all that you do.
I wish I had found Dr. chen 15 years ago. This is my 3rd baby. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I am high risk due to my age and my health condition but dr chen make it so easy and I feel very comfortable and safe during my whole prenatal care until my delivery date, I had way far the best experiences for this pregnancy compare to my other two.
