Great communication! Ken shows up when he says he will. Excellent work and nice guy! Will use again and recommend to others.
It took Ken over two weeks to provide a quote. Saying he would send it and never would. Very unprofessional. And when we got the quote it was double the price that we usually pay for rough-in plumbing for new construction homes in Cleveland County. Do not recommend.
