Dr. Grier himself is fine, but the office is clearly understaffed and gives me the run-around when trying to coordinate referrals and such. The specialist to whom I was given a referral didn't answer their phone after multiple attempts over the course of months, to the point where the referral expired. After explaining this to Grier's staff, they told me that THEY didn't have a problem getting through to said office. As if I'm lying? For what reason, why would I possibly do that? Dr. Grier really cares about his patients & their well-being. Even though he's busy, he still takes time to listen to concerns & gives knowledgeable explanations.
My first visit was very welcoming and professional. Dr Grier was extremely thorough and I look forward to having a very positive relationship with the team.
I only been to him 3 times an had to get new doctor he failed to refill my prescription an I had to go without that's his way of saying he don't like you I guess had to report him to board an medicare an blue cross he will fail you too beware
I came to see my doctor over awhile back here and he was an amazing doctor, he listened to me and tried to do what he could to help to the best of his knowledge but the appointments were so much easier to make over a year n a half ago and now that I’ve been calling for the last couple months his receptionists seem to never answer the phone!
