Doctor was referred to us by Tricare insurance. Dismissed my husband's back pain from military service, and did not offer solutions or referral to a specialist for his liver after doing testing despite him having a great diet, no drinking history, etc. Due to this, we went and looked for our own specialist for his health issues. We’ve been with doctor Grier now for nearly three years and we have nothing but good things to say about Dr Grier and his staff. Dr Grier is very knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. We are very happy to have Dr Grier as our primary care provider.

Dr. Grier himself is fine, but the office is clearly understaffed and gives me the run-around when trying to coordinate referrals and such. The specialist to whom I was given a referral didn't answer their phone after multiple attempts over the course of months, to the point where the referral expired. After explaining this to Grier's staff, they told me that THEY didn't have a problem getting through to said office. As if I'm lying? For what reason, why would I possibly do that? I am just so sick and tired of the healthcare... read more
