The office is inefficient and poorly run. I called at 10:30 and didn’t receive.a call back until 3:30. Told the prescription would be called in 5 minutes. An hour later the office calls back for information. At 5:30 had to call the service because the pharmacy hadn’t received the prescription. After speaking with covering doctor, he told me prescription was called in to a different pharmacy. Called that pharmacy, they didn’t have it. Now, almost 8 hours after my initial call, I’m getting prescription. Just terrible.

Waited for a call back that never came. Called at 4:24 and the office already had the closed message on. The website says 5:00 pm BTW. My primary just moved to this place. Turns out they were very unhelpful and told me to go to urgent care lol which would cost a lot more than a copay. I've been a patient for over 20 years and this is how I was treated. Very upset! Very disappointed and very sick for the weekend with no appointment for Monday since you wouldn't squeeze me in today. Thank you for nothing.
