Don't waste your time been working on Case for years complete failure has no idea what he is doing waiting for 4 years for auto accident never heard anything. Nothing but a bunch of round around nothing but a bunch of lies please don't waste your time
I was injured at work and initially contacted another law firm. Without mentioning names, I had a horrid experience. I couldn't get in contact with my lawyer. They didn't follow through on anything from their end which meant paperwork was never submitted; but after almost a year of a bad experience, my case was transferred here. Ive worked with Ken twice on workers comp cases and he's not only smarter than most people in the room but he doesn't give you false hope. My wife worked with him years ago and he was one of the attorneys that she raved about, that's why I used him. Not only is Ken great but Lori ( Case Manager) is also very attentive and even called or texted me to remind me of important dates. Overall GREAT experience, Would and have recommended him to other officers. Lastly, Ken was able to secure for me a great medical retirement.
Horrible staff. Never calls or emails back. Waited over a year to get our case worked on. Never heard anymore about it and we've called, texted and emailed many times. Hiring a new lawyer due to the unorganization at this place. They take forever to even get started on cases then act annoyed because you're wondering what's going on.
Ken is a competent attorney but his staff ESPECIALLY BRENDA is rude and ignorant. I DO NOT recommend using his services. If you don't employ competent, polite and caring employees it show something about your abilities
