Dr.Ruby is by far the worst "Doctor" I have ever seen! My husband has suffered for months with a growth in his testicles and because he is on methadone Dr. Ruby judged him would even give him a chance to talk about his issues that have been going on for almost a year! He was so smug and rude and used his past addiction and judged him horribly! As a first time patient! I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Everyone is so nice there! It's like you've known them for years. The staff makes you feel welcome. I went in for a vasectomy on Friday. And I was freaked out! And the front desk lady came out and spoke to me and my fiance. And she reassured me, that everything will be fine. I was sent to Dr. Ruby’s office by my primary physician. I was diagnosed with multiple stones in both kidneys and a partially lodged stone as well. As of this point I still haven’t any even seen a doctor from that office yet. I have been postponed 3 times. I had an appointment yesterday and it snowed so I called to confirm and the office had a message stating that they where closed but the dates they used for for 3 days earlier.
