Ken Raney is representing my sisters in a partition suit it has been going on since 2020. Now at 1st I wasn't sure if it was Raney OR my crazy sisters that has been stalling the process of moving forward. Don't waste your time here. Absolutely horrendous service from the the entire staff. Been trying to get help for 4 months for my dying mothers estate. No response and Zero empathy. How hard is it to return an email or a phone call? The staff here has absolutely no patience or professionalism. I'd give negative stars here if I could.
Very Fair lawyer . Was very pleased for what he did for me. He is not a lawyer that is gonna message you about every little things to eat up your money he will only message you if he has something that is pertinent . Nice guy and came recommended from another lawyer that did not do probate but Ken did some work for his family apparently . I would definitely use him again in a probate type case . Thank you Ken for everything you did for me !!!! He is professional and to the point !
Poor communication. Responses to emails may take up to two weeks - if he replies. When he replies there tends to be no elaboration/elucidation. Yes or no responses. Your left to determine what he is saying. Make sure you sit down with Raney and get an overview of what to expect and also what to expect with regard to time frame otherwise your case may be prolonged.
