I recently switched to Dr. Holton's office after I changed my employer and have federal insurance now. I went in for a cleaning on my first appointment. He informed me that I needed lots of work done. My previous dentist never mentioned any of this. I went in for my second appointment and he proceeded to do the work previous discussed. I just received my first bill and my insurance refused to pay for all these things because of how it was coded. His office is refusing to file again under the proper code. GREAT dentist, no pain, in and out. I had two teeth removed and the numbing process was better then any other dentist I have had. Will be going back for future work!
Does great work but beware, you might be called naive and have your intelligence questioned. I started seeing Dr. Holton close to the same time I had started Byte, similar to invisalign. Dr. Holton was made aware of the process and while he stated it was not how he recommended to do things, he didn't see an issue in it and would work around Byte as best he could to ensure no issues. This course remained the case for the additional visit that was scheduled. I started having issues with my byte progress (likely due to my teeth... read more

Great group of kind and professional people. Dr. Holton and his staff are outstanding and will go the extra mile to give you the best possible care and best experience! They are honest and definitely put their customer first. I highly recommend this office for someone who is looking for a great dentist who really cares about their patient!
