We have had HO and Auto for over 50 years with then 4,5 years ago , we questioned the change I our HO policy tried to call Then had a claim for HO No one ever in office , Finally found out that Carpenter Insurance agency has been closed since 2020 when Kenneth Carpenter lll got Covid and has had a sign on the door . So no one has been in the office in 6 years and they haven’t told nationwide or their customers? Nationwide said they had no idea the office was closed
I’m grateful for the insurance protection over the years! Thank you for your expertise and guidance.
Prices go up with no warning. Phone calls are made--with nobody there and no return calls. Not good.
