I've been brining my dog here for years and always get the best service. But today stopped in to get dog food and Cathy B was SO rude. Never smiled, acted friendly or polite. She actually made a "sour" face when I explained what I'm getting and who it was for. You need to train her on how to be friendly and have a good attitude.
We live close so the location is convenient. We go for walks and stop in when my dog needs meds to visit the staff and get treats. I think it helps some and eases some of my dogs anexity when we go in for appointment. The staff work well as a team and provide quick care.
