On what my wife told me this doctor was rude. Just cause you can't find nothing and don't believe in your patience words doesn't mean their over dramatic. There is something very wrong with this doctor. Why would he open the door on a patient and tell them to get out and find another opinion? Been a patient of Dr. DeRosier and have always had a great experience. He is always willing to sit down and really discuss my concerns. I have infusion treatments every 6 months. His staff in the infusion center are the kindest caring people. They walk around during the treatments to ensure we are comfortable. Martha is the most attentive nurse and her care for her patients is exceptional.
Possibly the worst organization I've ever seen. UHC called them directly (because when I called nobody there could say whether or not they took my UHC insurance) and they told them that they take my insurance. So, I got a referral. They didn't process it. I called them repeatedly over 10 days to get status on where the referral stood. They refused to talk to me. They refused to call me back. Finally, after 10 days they told my PCP that they don't take my insurance (still wouldn't talk to me). It takes 10 seconds to make that... read more
