Truly an example of what medical care should be. He explains complex labs, excellent presentation, discussion. Focused on getting answers. Spent 2 hours.
This “doctor” was extremely unprofessional on every single count. From not knowing whether he was the one who prescribed medications to not even listening to a single word coming from my wife’s mouth. Not even 5 minutes into the appointment she was immediately dismissed from the practice after speaking about the pain SHE was feeling. Mind you. not once did she challenge or argue with the intelligence of this man child but express the concerns of her own body. Dr. Desrosier was VERY attentive and took a lot of time explaining my condition and giving me options. He seems to be a very kind man. His staff loves him too, which says a lot. I don't know what is up with the bad reviews on him. I had a great experience. UPDATE: Dr. Desrosier ordered labs for me including a urinalysis. I got results on my phone showing I have a UTI. Multiple calls and a patient portal message and nothing back. I guess I need to go somewhere else to treat my UTI
I’m honestly not sure how I got so lucky finding Dr. Kenneth DesRosier, especially since he’s the first rheumatologist I’ve ever seen. From the very beginning, he took the time to explain every lab result step by step in a way that actually made sense, which is rare and incredibly appreciated. He is extremely knowledgeable about autoimmune diseases and clearly stays up to date with the latest information. On what my wife told me this doctor was rude. Just cause you can't find nothing and don't believe in your patience words doesn't mean their over dramatic. There is something very wrong with this doctor. Why would he open the door on a patient and tell them to get out and find another opinion?
