I saw Dr. Kaplan for my nexaplan and iud insertion and it was great. He explained the process, answered all my questions and used lidocaine to numb my cervix which made the process so much easier. I originally went to a different NP to try to get the IUD in and couldn’t do it and didn’t even offer me lidocaine. I was a little hesitant and nervous about seeing a male obgyn but glad I did because I’m not sure if a woman would have offered the lidocaine. There was also a woman medical assistant there too. Staff was kind and helpful, Dr Kaplan went out of his way to address my concerns.
I recently visit Dr. Kenneth Kaplan at Centerpoint in Aurora. Dr Kaplan is a very good listener, caring and kind. He took time to explained my situation and what can be done to resolve it. Dr. Kaplan was exactly right. Kaiser is a one-stop-shop where you see your doctor, get labs, and meds in the same building. I don't have time to drive to a different lab, pharmacy etc. Kaiser Permanente makes everything easy for the members.
Dr. Kaplan is a fantastic OB Gynecologist! He is thoughtful, compassionate and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for your professionalism and good advice Doctor ! Thank you also to his assistant Nancy who was kind and helpful.
