Dr. Barofsky was very professional and appropriately explained the steps that needed to be taking and the timing for each step. The nurse and office staff were very helpful and friendly. A technician, named Mark, performed a pulmonary function test (PFT) for me. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He competently performed all of the testing. What tool ! Came to the hospital to see me . Told me he wouldn’t do a Bronchoscopy on me I’m an MSK patient and have endobronchial cancer neuroendocrine. Trying to get transferred the hell out of greedy centra state . His bedside manner was awful . Took all of two minutes to say garbage. Can’t explain why I have low oxygen saturation. But he will get paid I’ll bet . He doesn’t have the expertise to be in my lungs anyway but he should admit that
