Dr Allen and staff all did wonderful. I felt safe and taken care of. The only annoyance was the post op call. Asked how I as feeling and how I would rate my experience at New Albany. Felt very much like they only cared about how they could rate themselves.
Great EXPERIENCE! Not rushed during my first appointment; Front desk was professional, I was able to get out all my concerns with Dr. Allen and he was VERY UNDERSTANDING and knowledgeable.
The entire experience was made positive by Dr. Allen and his team, along with entry into the facility being pleasantly greeted by customer service, kindly received at registration, and finally being treated by nurses and Dr. Allen who provided excellent medical service.
