It took 3 1/2 hours to be seen by Dr Russ. The secretary would get upset when I asked about it, terrible place and very unprofessional

Doctor himself was great. Everything else about the office is terrible. The office manager looks and sounds like a homeless person. They told me to come for blood work on a given day and then they couldn't do it. Next time, they told me they realized they don't take my insurance (Healthnet) for tests. Problem is, they had already done a urine test, and I was stuck paying for it. Then the front-office woman flat-out lied that they never told me they take my insurance.
He is My Primary and is excellent
Very gentle, kind, and highly competent physician. His staff especially Cynthia, RN is very efficient, friendly and competent.
Waiting times are through the roof.. every appointment I have to wait about an hour to be seen when I'm 20 min early for my apt.. they messed up the day of my appointment schedule and tried to get me in once and really just wasted 3 hours of my life just waiting to be seen until my phone died and I had to take the bus home instead of a Lyft or uber.. I only needed my script to be reissued... besides the waiting he's great tho..

I tried several times to make an appointment through the application Zack dark. I was canceled once and then I was excepted and went for my appointment, and upon arrival went to the front desk to state my name and I have a appointment, I was given forms for Suboxone use. Suboxone is used for heroin attic's that need it for treatments. I explained that my appointment was for 9 AM for an annual physical, and I told that I do not have an appointment and that the doctor was not there.horrible
