Great doctor...Great staff
I’ve been with Dr. Carbone for years so has all of my family and he’s a wonderful doctor. I greatly appreciate the Doctor and his staff. I absolutely love the care me and my family receive here. The provider is outstanding and always has been. I hope that Dr. Carbone and the staff get to read this review and that it makes their day a little bit better because I see how hard they work and they deserve the world for how they genuinely care and try to help patients. The office is horrible at filing prescriptions. They didn’t even know what medication and dosage I was prescribed…. By them. They even got my wife and I mixed up. Not sure how UH lets this happen.
Terrible patient care absolutely no compassion or follow up! Reporting this to the Ohio medical board
