It was Dr Butler that gave my son his first diagnosis. Dr Butler has no bed side manners and was not helpful in any suggestions or directions. His choice of words were hurtful. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Butler is beyond amazing. The one Star is for the office staff and Dr. Butler Secretary. I was advised it takes 24/48 hours for a call back to schedule an appointment as my son is an EXISTING patient of Dr. Butler. Today makes 72 hours and I have not received a call back. Dr. Butler, if you read this please hire new staff!!!
The front service is horrible the girls always have an attitude, they never answer the phone, as I'm writing this review I'm on the phone been waiting for 25 mins I live far and need for them to fax the records to my sons new pediatrician, most likely I'll be heading overthere only to see the girl roll her eyes at me and tell me she cant do it I'll have to wait for the nurse to call me back, when is such an easy and fast thing to do.
