I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Burson for a 30 minute implant consult. After waiting fully 50 minutes, Burson burst into the operatory where I was waiting, and without even introducing himself and/or apologizing for the long wait, his first words were "you have 10 minutes to ask questions -- ask away." As a retired dental professional, I know my way around a dental practice; I have never experienced, nor could I ever have imagined, such rude, inexcusable, unprofessional behavior.
