Would give 0 and have done patient feedback against this "doctor". I went to the ER after complications from a surgery. I knew something was very wrong and had been told by my surgeon to come into the ER if I was experiencing exactly what I was. He laughed at me when I told him I was told to come into the ER. He didn't listen to any of my issues and refused to do what my surgeon confirmed is the required procedure when someone with my symptoms goes in. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Bramwell has zero bedside manner and is condescending. He would rather discourage a patient from seeking care than look for root causes of health discrepancies. No compassion or empathy for chronic illness or urgency to treat acute pain. He pushed me right back out the door to someone else without addressing my concerns.

Dr. Bramwell is egotistical, arrogant and refuses to listen to patients or their families. I took my father in for shortness of breath, while my father had to gasp for every word, Bramwell would ask questions that required long answers. When I tried to assist my dad with his history, Bramwell told me to step down. I will NEVER recommend and family or friends visit the downtown ER while he is still on staff. If I could have given less stars, I would have.
