Dr. Bernstein is a very good Dr.He is knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for his patients. Hard to get him to accept new patients , but if you get Dr. B as your Dr.you can talk to him very easily and openly. Very smart man !!! Wish I had had him as my Dr. 20 years ago .
