I just had my first visit with Dr Barron only a few days ago and am more than impressed. I am unsure why the previous negative reviews because everything I experienced was the complete opposite from what was stated they unfortunately experienced with their own.. Dr Barron didn’t rush me out the exam room, prior to even doing my exam, he came in, sat and talked with me and made me feel like I was his 1 and only patient. Dr. Barron also see male patients with pelvic pain (yes, males can have pain 'down there' for various medical reasons). I have always found him to listen closely, be compassionate, and go above and beyond to find the best solution to address an issue.
I would not recommend this doctor if he were the last obgyn on earth. My first encounter with him was awkward to say the least. He just put me on edge for some reason, just an indescribable bad, creepy gut feeling. The only reason I was there was Peggy Willis whom I had known for years from her time in Dr T's practice (he sadly retired, and both him and Peggy are a sad reminder of what an authentic patient/doctor relationship ought to look like). Dr. Barron took the time to listen to my concerns. He thoughtfully worked with me to develop a plan for better health. I wish I had found him years ago. Dr. Barron is very knowledgeable, and he cares. Those two traits are what separates good physicians from great ones! His staff is very nice, too.
Dr Barron is a doctor that listens to you. He truly cares about his patients. Dr. Barron found my pain and fixed it! Other Dr's offered pain meds basically a bandaid but Dr Barron found the solution. Thank you Dr Barron
