Dr. Bain is a fantastically intelligent man in ways and I believe really cares about his patients, but if you have any inkling to advocate for yourself don't bother with him or most anyone at Baptist Health, aside from maybe Cindy McCann. Baptist Health is also just a complete joke. I feel like they've probably made these providers miserable with all their nonsense and they certainly made it difficult on the patients. You go in for a yearly, which your insurance says is free, but you get charged for discussing your health. What the hell is a yearly for if not to discuss health issues. All they want to do is bill for more money.
I seen Dr Bain back in 2020 when my old Dr retired and my psychiatrist was in the process of opening her own practice. I had been sick and out of work for a month and I never had a Dr make me feel as belittled as he did. I left there crying because he tried to say my congestion and breathing issues was in my mind which we know today was probably covid. My experience with Dr.Kenneth Bain was exceptional. I went to him for a second opinion and instead of rushing to diagnose he took time to adequately provide a diagnosis. Very no nonsense, and to the point but he never dismissed my symptoms.
