This is a review for the entire practice, Behl Orthodontics. We have had a great experience with each person we have seen. My son loves Dr. Mina, and each of the hygienist. I recommend everyone to this practice. They are very friendly, and answer all questions with care. Thank you for all that you do Team Behl!
Dr. Albinder seems like a very nice man, however, the treatment offered was rarely explained. There was a 3 month gap where they never followed up with us. When I made the appointment, nothing was told to me of her status - as there never is. Whoever handles the incoming patients (sets up payment plans, talks about treatment) is just awful. She is pushy and makes you feel like you don't understand a thing. And, if you don't she is irritated at having to explain anything to you. I thought the process was very affordable and Dr. Albinder seems pleasant enough although I hardly ever see him. When someone does speak to me (usually an administration person, not a doctor of hygienist) they assume that I understand how braces work and that I know the difference between a brace and a bracket - then get impatient when I ask questions - this happened twice. Dr. Albinder and his staff were so caring and friendly. I always felt like i was with family when my children had appointments. The front desk was always so helpful whenever I called. The financing was wonderful also. Highly recommend this office.
Dr. Albinder and staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. My daughter had braces for 2 years. The staff were like family during that time. Highly recommended.
